These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Grindstone Moments website located at grindstonemoments.com (the Site), your purchase of books, digital materials, and related products, and your submission of inquiries through the Work With Patricia page.
The Site is owned and operated by Ignyte Greatness LLC, referred to in these Terms as Ignyte Greatness, we, us, or our.
Your access to and use of the Site are subject to these Terms. Before completing a purchase, you must affirmatively agree to these Terms by selecting the required checkbox on the applicable order page. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete a purchase.
The Site provides information about and facilitates the purchase of Grindstone Moments and related materials. The Site also provides information about speaking engagements, private leadership advisory services, and facilitated team experiences with Patricia L. Hendricks, and allows you to submit an inquiry to request these services.
The Site may also provide educational content, reflection materials, videos, newsletters, and other resources related to Grindstone Moments, Your Life Is Speaking, and the work of Ignyte Greatness.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through the Site. By using the Site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
The Site allows you to submit an inquiry to request a speaking engagement, private leadership advisory relationship, or facilitated team experience with Patricia L. Hendricks. Submitting an inquiry through the Site does not itself create a contract or obligate either party to proceed.
An inquiry is subject to review, availability, and mutual agreement. No engagement is confirmed until Ignyte Greatness LLC and you or your organization enter into a separate written agreement. The scope, fees, payment schedule, cancellation terms, travel expenses, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality terms, and other conditions for an engagement will be stated in that agreement.
These Terms govern use of the Site and the inquiry process. If a separate services agreement conflicts with these Terms concerning an engagement, the services agreement will control for that engagement.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The total amount due, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, will be presented before you complete a purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the total price before submitting payment.
We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect a completed purchase unless the original price resulted from an obvious typographical or technical error.
Payments for book orders, and any service deposits or fees that we expressly make payable online, are processed by an independent third-party payment provider, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout or on the applicable invoice.
We do not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers. Payment processing is governed by the payment provider's terms and privacy policy.
We may cancel or delay a transaction if payment is declined, reversed, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise not completed. You agree not to initiate an improper chargeback for a valid purchase. Contact us first so we have a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
Book and physical-product orders are subject to availability. Product images, colors, dimensions, packaging, and descriptions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations may occur.
Paperback, hardcover, and signed hardcover editions offered through the Site are available for direct purchase and shipment now. These purchases are direct-release orders, not preorders. October 17, 2026 is the general retail publication date, when the book is expected to become available through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other booksellers. The general retail publication date does not delay direct orders placed through this Site.
The signed hardcover is available for direct shipment while supplies remain. If offered as a limited first-edition promotion, the quantity limit and any per-customer limit displayed on the Site apply. A signed copy may show minor natural variation in the signature or inscription and is not guaranteed to have a particular number unless expressly stated in the order confirmation.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the time promised, or within the period required by law when no time is stated, we will send a delay notice and offer the opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the purchaser.
All book sales are final and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong format or quantity, or other purchaser error.
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly at info@grindstonemoments.com with your order information and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or other reasonable documentation to evaluate the request.
For an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order, the remedy will ordinarily be a replacement copy. If a replacement is unavailable or applicable law requires another remedy, we may issue a refund.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable except when an order was damaged before delivery, incorrectly fulfilled, not shipped, or applicable law requires otherwise. Do not return a book unless we provide return instructions.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, replacement, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
The Grindstone Moments Reader's Companion, The Unspoken Tax™ Audit, and any other digital books, guides, or electronic materials are licensed, not sold, unless expressly stated otherwise.
When digital resources are included with a qualifying direct book order at no additional charge, eligibility, delivery method, and access instructions will be described on the Site or in the order confirmation. These resources may be delivered by email or a private access link, so you are responsible for providing an accurate email address and checking filtered or spam folders.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use purchased or provided digital materials for your own lawful, noncommercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, share access credentials for, or create derivative works from digital materials without prior written permission.
Because digital materials may be available immediately after purchase, they may be nonrefundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
Grindstone Moments and related books, digital materials, and resources are provided for educational, informational, and personal-reflection purposes.
They do not provide medical, psychological, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Use of these materials is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, therapy, or consultation with a qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether the materials are appropriate for you. Individual experiences and results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, emotional, leadership, or organizational outcome.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, page designs, frameworks, and compilations, are owned by or licensed to Ignyte Greatness and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use Site content only for personal, lawful, and noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without prior written permission.
No ownership interest or intellectual-property license is transferred to you except the limited rights expressly provided in these Terms.
You may not use the Site to violate any law or regulation; provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information; interfere with the operation or security of the Site; introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful material; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content or information; infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; resell products, downloads, or access rights without permission; or use the Site for unauthorized advertising or commercial solicitation.
The Site may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, book-fulfillment services, shipping carriers, website hosts, and analytics providers.
Third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or practices.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every product, service, or statement offered by the third party.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Grindstone Moments Privacy Policy available at grindstonemoments.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
By using the Site or making a purchase, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to complete the transaction. These communications may include receipts, confirmations, delivery notices, customer-service messages, and legal notices.
Marketing communications will be sent according to your preferences and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, but you may still receive communications necessary to fulfill a purchase.
The Site, books, digital materials, and related content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Ignyte Greatness does not warrant that the Site, checkout process, products, or related materials will be complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Any implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded are limited to the minimum scope and duration permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignyte Greatness and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Site, a purchase, or the use of related content or materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of Ignyte Greatness and the parties identified above for all direct damages arising from or related to the Site, a purchase, or related content or materials will not exceed the amount you actually paid directly to Ignyte Greatness for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Liability connected to a confirmed speaking, advisory, or facilitated engagement will be governed by the applicable written services agreement.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability for which a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ignyte Greatness and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, unlawful misuse of the Site, or violation of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or revoke access to materials if you materially violate these Terms, misuse protected content, compromise Site security, engage in fraud, or threaten the safety or rights of another person.
Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination when their nature requires it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute may be heard in court, you and Ignyte Greatness consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy available at grindstonemoments.com/privacy, the Disclaimer available at grindstonemoments.com/disclaimer, and applicable product-page, checkout, and order-confirmation information, constitute the agreement between you and Ignyte Greatness concerning the Site and purchases. A separately signed services agreement governs any confirmed speaking, advisory, or facilitated engagement.
We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
